Many of the Rock gods and goddesses that originally inspired her bags have now become devoted fans of her line. Her bags and accessories have been worn by Debbie Harry (the icon behind the “Debbie” clutch), Cameron Diaz, Perry Farrell, Julianne Moore, Jillian Barberie, Cate Blanchett, Dave Navarro, Lindsay Lohan and Mandy Moore, among others.
Allison values serenity, peace and balance, but still considers herself a Rock Chick at heart. “Look good, feel good,” says Allison and her designs embody this philosophy. Her Los Angeles home is her sanctuary, and she draws inspiration from nature, friends and family as well as the colorful cast of characters that have always been her muses. For her Basics Collection Allison went back to her roots, heavily influenced by the preppy yet punk days of the 80’s. The designs of her bags reflect a continued affinity for 70s and 80s-era art and music. An uncomplicated look combining femininity and classic colors are apparent in her creations.
Allison also introduced her ‘Deluxe’ Collection in 2005, which included exciting new High End bags and shoes! This Collection was trimmed with Safety Pins and Pyramid studs far before the major designers took her lead. This line was one of the most talked about lines for that year.
Now in 2007 Allison has brought us the ultimate in Glamour and Rock. “The Captured Collection”. This Uni-sex Collection is and already coveted by Fashion Icons such as Steven Tyler and Eve. It is also being worn by the most fashionable girls on the street May-Kate and Ashley Olsen. Her “DJ BAG” is being worn by Adam 12 of “She Wants Revenge”.
This line is only available on her website as of now and was supposed to launch in July but because of the demand she launched early and the bags are already on back order! Another “Trend-setting” Gorgeous Collection that only Allison can deliver.
