please allow 1-2 weeks processing time for your order to ship. when shipped, you will receive snd email with shipping and tracking information.
please allow one week extra processing during peak business periods such as sale and holiday. shipping times may vary due to the availability of the merchandise. orders are not delivered on weekends or federal holidays.
ab does not ship to P.O. boxes.
ab holds the right to refuse shipping to any order.
ab is not responsible for any loss or damage to packages once they have left our facility and are into the care of the shipping carrier.
all items in the U.S. are shipped USPS Priority Mail, which guarantees delivery within 1-3 days. items are shipped from Los Angeles, Ca. items outside the U.S. will be shipped USPS mail.
ab will not accept responsibility for any reimbursement or compensation of lost packages without proof of delivery.
then your item is received, we will credit the same credit card account with which the original purchase was made. we will process your return as soon as possible but please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to be processed and up to 2 billing cycles for the return to appear your credit card statement. store credits will be issued upon request.
all returns on "non-custom made" items must be made within 7 days of receipt. merchandise must be returned with all original tags attached, in any original packing, unworn and unaltered.
all sale items 30% or more off are final sale. final sale items merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged. merchandise marked down 40% or greater must be considered “as is”. although we try our hardest to keep all of our goods in perfect condition there may be small flaws, stains, sewing errors, missing tags, etc., and we will not issue partial refunds or discounts for these items.
